New Year’s Resolutions

Setting New Year’s Resolutions and then quickly abandoning them within the first week is a timeless tradition almost on par with watching youtube videos of people dropping frozen turkeys into fryers during Thanksgiving. We gorge ourselves on cookies and pies and all sorts of great delicacies over the Christmas Holiday only to realize what a mistake that was by way of gaining a dozen pounds or being up all night with terrible heartburn. So like we always like to do we RESOLVE to do better. “I’ll never do that again,” you say to yourself while downing an entire bottle of Pepto-Bismol or you make the declaration, “It’s back to the gym for me”. Neither which of those statements holds true for very long.
